As told by elle.com:
"They’ve already got Carla Bruni and Colette, and now the French have something else we don’t: a pair of Alber Elbaz designed postage stamps. In celebration of Lanvin’s 120th anniversary, the fashion house has teamed up with La Poste (the French USPS) to produce the prettiest .90€ and .56€ ways to send your handwritten sentiments, starting early next year. The stamps, which feature original prints of Lanvin designer Alber Elbaz’s well-loved whimsical cartoons, are only the first for-sale item to come out of the unique collaboration; later next year, expect to see limited edition ceramic hearts as well as pencils, notebooks, and other such letter-writing accoutrements. The only catch? Until the e-commerce store is up and running on the La Poste’s website (their latest news update is over three months old, mind you), you’ll have to travel to Paris, specifically the post office on Rue des Mathurins, the only location at which Lanvin’s most affordable designs are to be sold."
