"Fragrance distributor Selective Beauty filed a $20.2 million lawsuit against Liz Claiborne Inc. claiming that Claiborne's recent decision to license its fragrances to Elizabeth Arden contributed to the distributor's bankruptcy. Selective used to distribute Juicy Couture, Usher, and other fragrances, and claims that if Claiborne didn't exit the partnership, they would still be in business."
