Target and Liberty of London Possible Collaboration

I herd through the grapevine today, that Target may be doing a collaboration with Liberty of London. For those of you who don't know, Liberty of London is a store located in central london with fashion, vintage textiles, and furniture. What does this mean when paired with target?
